How to Use:
- Apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel as the base coat on your nails.
- Let the Blooming Gel slightly dry, but do not cure it completely.
- Choose your desired colored polish and apply a thin layer over the Blooming Gel.
- Allow the colored polish to "bloom" and spread naturally on the semi-dried Blooming Gel.
- Once you achieve the desired effect, cure the nails under a UV/LED lamp to set the design.
